- How quickly can I expect a response?
- Typically within 1 business day, often the same day for paid plan customers.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open your Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → AEO Pro → Uninstall. Billing stops immediately and you won't be charged again.
- What AI engines do you track?
- ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity, Gemini (Google), and Claude (Anthropic). Starter includes ChatGPT + Perplexity; Growth adds Gemini (all scanned daily); Plus adds Claude, which scans weekly via Anthropic's web search. Claude is Plus-only because each web-search scan costs far more than the other engines.
- Is AI-generated content safe to publish?
- Always review AI-rewritten descriptions before applying them to your live products. AEO Pro provides a preview step for exactly this reason. We don't publish anything to your store without your explicit click.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes - email hello@jofflab.com and we'll provide a JSON export of audits, scans, and tracked queries within 7 days.
- What happens to my data if I uninstall?
- Shopify automatically notifies us, and we delete your shop's data within 30 days per the Shopify GDPR webhook requirements.
